MeToo

Sexual Harassment (Gropegate / MeToo), Racism, is the lefts way to silence and cancel the opposition, that backlashed.
MeToo/Gropegate is the lefts standard tool of accusing the political opposition of something so heinous they have to resign or are driven out (are cancelled). Dems had been hypocritically effective attacking Clarence Thomas while defending Kennedy/Clinton... but they made such a stink about it with Trump, that it backfired and started eating Democrats, Media and Hollywood alive.

Left Right
Democrats care more about Women and Women's issues. That's why they hate Trump, Clearance Thomas, or Brett Kavanaugh for demeaning Women. Democrats have 10x as many on their side that did far, far worse. Most of them they defend for decades, from Bill Clinton raping women, Ted Kennedy killing them, to the casting couch or giving awards to Roman Polanski or the appropriately named Woody Allen.
🗒️ Note:
Anyone that was a victim and didn't come forward then, and won't name names now -- we have to assume they enabled others to suffer the fate. It's like the bad samaritan that watches someone getting raped but doesn't do anything because "they didn't want to get involved". Names like Debra Messing, Anna Paquin, Patricia Arquette, Evan Rachel Wood, Rosario Dawson, Natasha Lyonne, Tatiana Maslany, Jenny Slate, Lady Gaga, and Gabrielle Union, Reese Witherspoon, Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Rose McGowan. They're not the victims, they made a choice to be silent. The ladies molested because they didn't come forward are the real victims.

There's a few aspects to this issue:

  1. There are the false accusations - the left especially has been using made up allegations to attack their political opposition for generations. Those are disgusting, as they are the boy who cried wolf, and it dilutes attention/virtue of real claims.

  2. Believe all women - Women are humans, and humans lie for a variety of reasons. Arguably, Women being the more socially savvy (and some might say manipulative), are MORE likely to lie to get what they want. There are hundreds of Fake Rape, or other fake sexual allegations to make the rational want to question. Trying to shut down inquiry/skepticism is a way to attack the innocent, our culture (guilty until proven innocent), and it causes more distrust in the long run. If you up the reward for false allegations, you will get more of them -- and people will learn to ignore them.

  3. They're Bimbo's and Liars - ironically while Democrats/left/media will claim "believe all women", they only do it, when it's not against one of their politicians or people. When it is uncredible allegations against Kavanaugh, "Believe"... when it is highly credible allegations against Bill Clinton or Joe Biden, they silence the women, or attack them. Politics trumps women's rights to the left.

  4. The Enablers/Facilitators - some of the worst of the worst are the enablers. The people that new so-and-so was a rapist/asshole and yet, they covered for them. Or at least didn't say anything -- because it advanced their career. Every woman that was harassed, that didn't come forward? She was fine with the next Woman getting assaulted, and only looking out for her interests/career.

  5. Opportunists / Flip-Floppers - I have contempt for those that traded sex, or flirtation for career advantage (Fucking their way to the top)... then years later, when someone complains, they come out and are horrified of the Trauma that they covered up for 20 years, but kept going back when they needed something. Men will trade money/attention for sex. And some women will trade sex for money/attention. To whores that sold their body for career advancement, then complain about it after letting it go on (and happen to others). I have contempt for them. Their exploiters still deserve the consequences they earned. But let's not lose perspective on sellouts that are only coming forward when it advances their carrer -- just like putting out, or letting their silence be bought.

  1. Fashion industry Predators [1]
  2. The media (NBC, NYT, CBS, ABC, NYT, etc) - they had all been suppressing the story about powerful Democrats sexual harassment (Weinstein, Clinton, etc), but when it's Trump doing less, they are shocked and can't stop talking about it for months longer than when it's one of their own. [2]
  3. Metropolitan Opera House - for ignoring years of complaints against James Levine[3]
  4. Roy Price - Amazon executive - one woman of sexual harassment. Resigned [4]
  5. SEIU there's no bigger business than Unions, and SEIU is a big one. Few are surprised at the allegations of Unions being places full of sexist pigs. At least five SEIU executives/workers have been accused in recent weeks. [5]
  6. Twitter punished the whistleblower and suspended her (Rose McGowan) account for exposing the criminal -- the way progressives usually turn on anyone that disagrees with them and backs it up with facts. [6]
  7. Gianni Versace - Fashion designer - harassed a male model[7]

ℹ️

  1. Congressional candidate David Alcon - is arrested for stalking in New Mexico [8]
  2. Gloria Allred - by enabling false claims (like Beverly Young Nelson), she provides excuses for ignoring valid complaints. And if she believed Beverly/Yearbook was valid, she wouldn't resist releasing it.
  3. Joe Biden - inappropriate touching [9] And finger rape of an employee, and firing her for not going along (Tara Reade). While the media supressed the story.

None other than renowned Feminist Gloria Steinem claimed that while Kathleen Willey claimed the president fondled her breast and placed her hand on his crotch, he stopped after he was told not to -- so no wrong-doing occurred, thus creating the "one free grope" rule. (As long as you stopped after she said to, you were innocent). When Trump professed to grab some strange (and they liked it / let him), suddenly the Clinton standard went out the window and progressive amnesia kicked in: that was only for Democrats. [16]
  11. Hillary Clinton - Worse than Bill's behavior of serial sexual assault, was Hillary's attack on the Bimbo squad, while simultaneously pretending she was an advocate for Women. Bill was an honest cad: you know what you were getting. Hillary was a dishonest rape facilitator, that abused victims of Bill, again. One could argue that Bill's bumbling would have got him thrown out much sooner with Hillary managing the smear campaign against his victims, and she was the bigger abuser.
  12. Michigan Rep. John Conyers - gave a large hush-money settlement to a staffer who said she was fired because she would not “succumb to [his] sexual advances.” [17]

  19. Barney Frank

And another woman (Lindsay Menz) that complained groping while awake, then a couple more came forward (anonymously). Class act. [24]
  21. Christina Garcia - California assemblywoman, chair of the Legislative Women’s Caucus, and #metoo activist, accused by two different men of inappropriate groping. [25]
  22. Oregon Democratic lawmaker David Gomberg accused of inappropriately touching women. [26]
  23. Al Gore - He needed his Chakra's released, on multiple occasions, according to multiple masseuses' (and divorce papers) that claimed he asked them for a happy ending massage... and was highly resistant to taking "no" for an answer. [27]
  24. Jesse Jackson - Two people have come forward and accused the Reverend of sexual harassment and discrimination. [28]
  25. John F Kennedy - Took advantage (and the virginity) of a 19 y/o intern when he was 45 [29]. King's privilege?
  26. Teddy Kennedy - The only confirmed kill in the war on Women. Womanslaughter never bothered the left. You can murder Women, aid your family in raping them (his Cousin), and avoid being called misogynist -- as long as you're a fan of abortion and identity politics.[30]
  27. 9 Circuit Judge Alex Kozinski [31]
  28. Democratic lawmaker Steve Lebsock - accused by 10 women of sexual harassment [32]

Pelosi first defended them all, including Conyers, but this time, after backlash, she reversed herself, and took the Woman's side against a Democrat for the first time in her life. [38]

  8. Clearance Thomas - sort of the start of all this (in modern times).
  9. Donald Trump - The same that media conspired to time the release of a video where Trump claiming "he grabbed women" (and they let him), was in moral outrage over such a thing... after the same folks had defended Bill Clinton for worse (molesting interns and raping staff). They forgot they had created the standard of "one free grope": as long as he didn't persist after she said, "no", it was fine [172]... so Trump was innocent by the standard they had defended a few years earlier.
  10. Roy Moore - 40 years after the event a couple of women with ties to Democrats and a history of sexual allegations, came forward at the worst time in an election with the help of Republican-Hating Washington Post, to claim that he dated teenage girls back when he was in his early 30's (but nothing inappropriate happened).
  11. Brett Kavanaugh - 30+ years after an event, a woman claimed that Brett sexually harassed her -- but named multiple witnesses to the time/party, and every one of them refuted her story, which made no sense and didn't fit his character -- which made no difference to the witch-hunters on the left, who wanted his career ruined over one shakey allegation from a witness caught lying multiple times in testimony.

Skepticism[edit source]

           Main article: MeToo/Skepticism
  • There are people that abuse their positions, and that's wrong. But that's not reason to give up our individuality and reasoning (critical thinking, skepticism, and so on), for sake of political correctness.
  • #MeToo is the hashtag of sheep, followers, and the antithesis of what we should want from our daughters and sons. A strong woman comes forward at the time. Weak women wait years or decades and only come out long after they got the job/promotion for their service and when others came out first and the statute of limitations has run out.
  • The reality is the human mating dance is awkward: a series of escalating sexual harassments until copulation. Some guys don't catch signals. Some Women change their minds, or give the wrong ones. Let's not infantilize adult Women and pretend they don't know how to say "no".
    • Men are supposed to self humiliate and do the approaching and risk rejection.
    • Women are supposed to reject to see if he'll debase himself through persistent interest, or he was just trolling for an easy bedding.
    • In that testing game, some overplay their hands -- or some are socially awkward, or just assholes abusing their positions.
    • Few women (or men) haven't had the awkward interests of someone that couldn't take a hint, foisted upon them. Or that might have mistook sincere rejection with the game.
  • In any sample there's a bell curve: highly justified to highly exaggerated or invented. With most somewhere in between. So as Duke Rape Case (and a dozen other Hoaxes proved), Believe all women (or the media) is not a sign of compassion, it's a sign of gullibility.
  • For the left it's about preying on good intentions of people saying "I stand with the bullied"... and parlaying that into power. Feel, don't think! Don't be skeptical. Be a good person and empower the mob to rectify the injustice.
    • If it's a crisis, then by being at the forefront, they can garnder money, votes, legislative power to fix it.
    • The power to point at anyone they don't like, and put them in the metaphorical stocks for the mob to lob tomatoes at? Public humiliation, or even firing at will. All the deliciousness of brinbging the Salem witch trials into the modern social media era: that's what caring about your fellow man (or woman) looks like to them.
  • People in a complex society have to deal with unwanted advances. And yes, some of them go well past the slightly awkward to downright abusive of power. That's wrong! But we already have rules/laws/policies against that -- and we should enforce them whole heartedly... in our courts. Not in the far lower bar, in the Court of Public (Manipulated) Opinion.
  • There's no courage in a bunch of sheep, coming out only in the safety in the mob, and piling on the finger pointing at one person, "It happened to me too, by someone else, in totally different situation, 20 years ago, with no one who can confirm or contest it". That's not heroism -- it's me-tooism. You want heroism, it's the woman that risks her job calling out a problem abuser when the rest of the flock isn't bleating. It's the ones who risked their jobs or reputations first. Not the last person to join the hoard with pitchforks and torches. I want to raise people to not fall prey to political hashtags of me-tooism, but to silently do the right thing when nobody is watching, instead of trying to be part of the the Human Microphone, and joining the latest fad-hate-mob is gathering rocks for the public stoning.

Conclusion[edit | edit source]

https://www.vox.com/identities/2017/11/21/16685942/sexual-harassment-industry-service-retail

I don't like seeing anyone get hurt, but there's something delicious about watching sanctimonious hypocrites fall.

Here's a chart by VOX and Center for American Progress (far far left site, with a history of distortion), that does a breakdown of harassment claimss by job sector. [173] It shows "accommodation and food services industry", which includes restaurants, coffee shops, hotels as the worst. But remember, it's not:

  • adjusting by the size of the sector
  • they also don't explain if that's patrons or employers
  • or the severity of the complaints
  • it's self reported (so it could be that other sectors like entertainment are worse, they just remain silent)

So odds are, in the services industry, it's likely the public with an occasional drunk douche slapping a hostess or maid on the ass, which while "not acceptable behavior" in anyone's book, is not exactly to the level of a manager coercing sex under threat of unemployment. All of it is wrong. But there are degrees of wrong. So the chart is offered for completeness, though I'm not sure how much weight I'd give it.
