At the 2020 Golden Globes, Ricky Gervais did a monologue that finally told the self-important Hollywood elites how the rest of the country (and world) see them and their sanctimonious speeches at masturbatory award shows. It was the best award monologue ever.

SuperNature (2022)
Ricky Gervais comedy special SuperNature was more his dark humor. Reviewers hated it. Viewers loved it. He explains in it, that he trashes everyone. And if trans folks want to be like everyone else, then they get mocked too. It wasn't mean, and slams all sacred cows. I don't find him hysterical, but he has some great moments, and pithy/ironic/dark observations.
