Michael Kenneth McLendon (28) - Wrote a grievances letter about people that had wronged him and his Mom, after washing out of Cops/Marines. Quit his job week before. Drove around and killed parents, cousins, Grandparents (their dogs), shot at passers by from his car. Suicide when cornered. Ironically, National Guard helped stop shooting, but was in violation of Posse Comitatus Act.
