Handgun Emoji

Thought police changed the Gun Emoji... and in the process perverted the meaning to make it less useful. Emojis mean things. But when political correctness/the left gets involved, they often pervert the language. A tool (gun) was too hostile... so they replaced it with a squirt gun instead (🔫), even though a squirt gun and a real gun have completely different meanings, and a real gun is far more common than a super soaker. ℹ️ Info           ~ Aristotle Sabouni Created: 2022-01-16

The problem here isn't that you might not want to express squirt guns or a toy... it is that the Newspeaking thought police hijacked the Gun emoji, which had one meaning, and they Orwelled it into meaning what? Getting wet with a super soaker? Every text or thought with the old emoji gets perverted (Stalin'd) when they make edits like that.

Google, Apple and Microsoft, see nothing wrong with Stalin'ing history. The rational do.
