Biden's DOJ/FBI attacked the former (and future) President with a raid to try to exclude him from running for office.
After Russiagate hoax, spying on him, attacking his people, 3 fake impeachments, and the J6 Kangaroo court all failed to find anything against Trump and exclude him from office, the Biden's DOJ/FBI attacked the former (and future) President Trump with a raid to try to exclude him from running for office.

Facts[edit | edit source]

🗒️ Note:
What happens is that virtually every President is packed up by the WhiteHouse staff with tons of materials, and then the national archives asks for some of the material that they're sent home with, back (or to be made publicly available in a Library). Trump isn't building a Library yet, because he probably beleives his story isn't yet finished. But the national archives directing a raid (witch hunt), is something never done before in History. And for it to be a crime, you'd need to show that Trump packed the boxes or knew about the materials. The "top secret" B.S. is a distraction, since the President has the authority to de-classify anything. This isn't like when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton setup her own server and broke the law. This isn't even as bad as the times she stole government property (or vandalized it) when she left the WhiteHouse as first Lady.
  • The raid was carried out because the National Archives claims he was stonewalling on some documents from when he left office. But the irony is he already returned 15 boxes, and this seems to be a retread of that. [1]
  • They falsely claimed that he was improper security. Except that ex-presidents offices ARE considered secured (it was locked in a safe, in a secured facility, with secret service protect). And it wouldn't matter, sice the President has the power to declassify, which he did. So he can't break the law, as he is the law on classifications. [2]
    • The specifics appear worse. President Trump declassified documents around Russian Collusion accusations (Crossfire Hurricane investigations). This showed the Democrats and FBI colluded to "get Trump" and sabotage a sitting President, and subvert democracy (a coup). Biden operatives are pretending that you can re-classify things, or the de-classification doesn't matter, and is using that as an excuse for Trump having "national secrets", that weren't secrets when he took them, and really the only security threat is that it makes Democrats and their corrupt operatives at FBI look like the dirtbags they are. Now they're trying to frame up Trump to disqualify him, and subert Democracy (take a candidate/decision away from the voters). If you don't have a problem with that, you're not a good American. [3]
    • The behavior in the raid, of kicking out Trumps lawyers/staff, and not letting them monitor the search? The search terms were way too broad, a real judge would have reigned that in, then they seized materials that are attourney-client privileged. It's all pretty shady stuff. [4]
  • At the end of his presidency, Barack Obama trucked 30 million pages of his administration’s records to Chicago... with the agreement they would be digitized. More than five years after Obama’s presidency ended, the National Archives webpage reveals that zero pages have been digitized & disclosed. No raids on the Obama's compound, that's only for Republicans. Explain how this wasn't a political hatchet job? The problem isn't excusing one crime for another (whataboutism), it's showing that if the standards are X for Hillary, Bill Clinton, Obama, Biden, Eric Holder, and so on... then that's the same standard that should be used for those with an (R) after their name, or we live in a banana republic (where government agencies are used to go after political enemies). [5]
  • If there aren't charges filed, and this wasn't a lot more than just National Archives B.S., the public is going to see through the leftist charade, and I don't think it plays well for the Democrats. (At least with any good Americans that aren't just Democrat water carriers). Already people are demanding to know why, what they found, and if this was the political hatchet job it looks like. If the FBI is just being a tool of political left, then it must be gutted or de-funded. They either found a smoking gun to justify this, or heads should roll.
  • There are serious ethical questions about Obama donator and deep state judge (Bruce E Reinhart) that authorized the raid. He had previous left his job with with the U.S. Attorney's office prosecuting sex offenders (Pedophile Island Jeffrey Epstein) to start a private practice defending Epstein and those around him, and negotiating immunity. He also might have an axe to grind with Trump for kicking his boss out of Mir-a-Lago. He bashed Trump on Facebook, supports left of Stalin Robert Reich. You couldn't pick a worse judge to approve the warrant. [6]
  • Of course the far left will find any excuse to rationalize their behavior. But we care more about rational Americans and what they think. [7]
  • FakeNews outlet Newsweek claimed that the DOJ had nothing to do with it, and didn't know about it in advance. Merick Garland (head of the DOJ) disagrees and says he signed off on it, and will unseal the warrant (after 3 days of people hammering him on it, from both sides).
  • FakeNews outlets repeated Biden's claim that he knew nothing about it. Then Biden backtracked and admitted he was informed.
  • The affadavit (redacted as it was, showing contempt for transparency) proves that this was a political hit job. There was no justification for this bullshit. [8]
    • Justification was not based any hard evidence of criminal activity, but from a CBS News article that saw "Trucks" on Mar-a-lago in January 2021 (when Trump was moving in), and that caused a crisis in August 2022 that he might move documents? [9]
    • And he returned to the NARA that had been requested. NARA said since they still had classified markings they could go after whatever else might be at Mar-a-Lago. Not that they were classified; the President has the power to de-classify, and already had, (and according to the affidavit, he told the FBI and NARA that he had declassified them prior to the raid), so the markings were stale, and irrelevant -- but just that they had the old markings of classification was what they used to justify the raid. [10]
    • Then the affidavit makes clear that the classification of the documents is not what is at issue (or the markings) under the Espionage Act. [11]
  • The crime they were investigating? A disagreement was over what constituted a “secure” location at Mar-a-Lago. Yes, they raided a former president’s home because they felt a double-locked storage room protected by Secret Service wasn’t enough... from the same FBI and DOJ that felt an unsecured personal server, and deleting and smashing data that was under Subpeona was not a problem with a Clinton did it.
  • So based on no evidence of criminality, proof that Trump was cooperating with NARA, no evidence of classified documents (just classified marked documents), and a law that wouldn't give them authority even if they were classified since Trump had declassified them. They opened an incredibly broad fishing expedition based on no legitimate probable cause. And instead of getting a case together and a warrant to get specific information -- they just searched the residence for anything to pin or plant on Trump. Then violated the process by not letting anyone witness the search.

Lies[edit | edit source]

  • Security threat with classifed documents at Mar-A-Lago. False. It is a secured facility, with Secret Service Protection, and Trump declassified the documents. No president can be charged with mishandling classified documents, becaue they are the ultimate authority on what's classified. Anyone that furthers this narrative is ignorant or dishonest.
  • Obstruction of justice. False. The President had returned some documents, and negotiations was ongoing, and that's normal operating procedure.
Nuclear secrets, launch codes.
False. This narrative was spread as "justification", but it was not in the affadavit, nor inventory. That was a cover your butt tack that the far left dutifully repeated and never retracted. Whoever made that claim can be exposed as an unreliable source for lying -- but it won't happen because Democrats cover their own -- and WaPo is a democrat communications hub. "Spread lies here: no accountability".
Months later, they admit, nothingburger -- knowing their rubes/echochamber did the damage at the timne, and accountability for the lie (for the media and "leakers" will be non-existent. That's how you corrupt Democracy![12]
  • The NDI claimed there was "damage" to national security for having documents in a secure facility, and there was urgency required to do this unprecedented raid. False. There was no security threat for having the documents in a secure facility, gaurded by Secret Service. And if this was "urgent" why did they wait 18 months? Why did Merick Garland (Biden Lackey) wait many weeks deliberating on whether to do the raid? Why once they got the warrant did they wait 3 days, if there was such immediate risk?
  • Crossfire Hurricane. True. President Trump lawfully declassified the documents around the CIA/FBI spying on him, and took a personal copy. Which is all legal. Since Biden admin didn't want the truth to get out there, they used "classified documents" and espionage as a pretence to raid Trumps home.[13]

Backlash[edit | edit source]

  • Glenn Younkin and Mike Pence both not Trump fans, and demanding an FBI explanation. [14]
  • DeSantis asking WTF, no weaponization of federal agencies. [15]
  • Andrew Yang, "I’m no Trump fan. I want him as far away from the White House as possible. But a fundamental part of his appeal has been that it’s him against a corrupt government establishment. This raid strengthens that case for millions of Americans who will see this as unjust persecution." [16]
  • Scott Adams (Dilbert) was on a roll on Twitter.
    • Trump wins the Black vote for 2024 with an assist by the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. Did not see that coming.
    • Democrats believe Trump would remove incriminating evidence from the White House and keep it stored in his home. Not destroy it. Just keep it where everyone knows where to find it. Because that's how you hide incriminating evidence.
💭 National Review
Charles Cooke's points:
  • that the warrant must immediately be made public
  • that as the head of the executive branch — progressive wishes to the contrary, the DOJ is not some free-floating fourth branch of government, it is under the president’s purview — Joe Biden must explain to the country what happened today
  • that, for the raid to be justified, the warrant and the explanation must clearly reveal:
    • (a) that there was an urgent need to obtain evidence that pertained to a serious crime,
    • (b) that this evidence could not possibly have been obtained by other means, or on another occasion, or without a surprise visit
    • (c) that, if the target was not named Donald Trump, a similar operation would have been launched

If this standard is not met

  • Merrick Garland must resign or be impeached
  • as must the head of the FBI
  • that the FBI must be examined and reformed as a matter of utmost priority
  • if they can find that Biden encouraged it, THAT would be an impeachable offense
[17]

🗒️ Note:
As a friend put it -- this is NOT an act of strength, this is an act of weakness and desperation.
  • J6 hasn’t mattered -- the intelligent/rational can see through them
  • Inflation and the economy is going to flog them
  • Burning through out oil reserves to keep prices lower in the short term, is going to run out soon
  • the IRS expansion act (misnamed inflation reduction) is going to hurt them
  • They kicked the hunter biden can down the road as far as they can

And they need something...

So they are fishing... and going to extort Trump, "Look what we found and can release on your"... and they can use this to threaten Trump's allies, “if we can do this to him, imagine what we would do to you”.

But this 3rd world country shit either succeeds. And it's time to flee before things get really bad. Or this shit is going to backlash heavily on the Dems. No true American can respect this banana republic bullshit.
