Dog Whistle

Accuse the opposition of meaning something other than what the words mean. Guilt by assumption of the prosecution.
1984 warned against this double-speak. That you can't trust what words actually mean, you have to trust the state to interpret what the enemies of the state mean by them. Then the opponents are guilty, even if what they said was benign -- it's thought crime. The left uses Dog Whistles to convict conservatives of thought crimes for benign truths.

Coded or suggestive language in political messaging to garner support from a particular group without provoking opposition. The concept is named after ultrasonic dog whistles, which are audible to dogs but not humans.

The left both uses dog-whistles on their side to hide nefarious intent -- like "Social Justice".... and they use the accusation that the other sides real terms like, "family values" means oppressing gays. (When that's not what they actually mean).

  • Caroline Orr Bueno, Ph.D - Caroline Orr Bueno convinces her rubes that Musk's tweet on an info drop, is a dog whistle to Terrorists and Conspiracy Theorists. It doesn't have to be true, if none of her followers are critical thinkers that question the premise. They are pre-bunked into believing bunk.
  • Carpe Donktum - A twitter troll (Carpe Donktum) summed up the leftist outrage mob by imagining responses to Trump tweeting the picture of a horse.
  • Christian Nationalism - The latest dog whistle for the ignorati is the fake label of "Christian Nationalism" and fear porn around them breaking America. Except that Nationalism, Christian Nation, is better than the alternatives. And Separation of Church and state and other implications, make you actively dumber if you believe them.
  • Digital Kristallnacht - Under the urging of Biden administration and supporters, Social Media enacted Digital Kristallnacht: ripping through 7,000 Conservative individuals, digital businesses and communities on Social Media, breaking windows, banning, and blocking, in order to harass and ban them, all in the name of faux healing and unity.
  • Getting Hammered - Paul hires a crazy male prostitute, gets in a drunk hammer fight, the police are called; Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and the MSM blames Republicans. That's far more reasonable than the story the media/far-left is giving.
  • Is Trump a racist? - Trump is not a racist. He was celebrated for his pro-diversity positions before running for office. Virtually all examples that the left uses evaporates with any inspection, or application of common sense. It's all "dog whistles", things you can't hear, but trust them, it's there. That's why he dates, employed, hugs, celebrates minorities.
  • Obama’s post-partisan timeline - If someone likes Obama because he was a partisan that attacked the right (after running on being a post-partisan uniter), then hey, that's fine: it’s honest. But if they pull up the canard that the tone in America is all because of Republicans, or that Republicans hated Obama because "racism", then I'm going to remind them of the actual history.
  • Prebunking - Prebunking is inoculative debunking. But in the hands of propagandists, it's pre-biasing (poisoning) in advance. (Mein Kampfs Big Lie). Examples: accuse the other side of planning on doing something, then use whatever they say to prove it, then claim that was prescience (and not just bias/distortion). The rubes gobble it up.
  • Red or Blue Murder - Anyone who has glanced at whether Republicans/Democrats are softer on crime, or have the worst murder rates knows it's blue. Since Democrats can't win discussing facts, they lie; create a fake study, quote the study, and know that their base won't bother to look at the underlying facts. Go team blue! Rah, rah, more murder! Woo hoo! The rest of us? We can read.
  • The Newsroom - While leftists often promoted "The Newsroom" by saying the opening monologue "is the greatest 5 minutes in Television". It's only great for proving what clueless tools they are. Virtually everything said by Jeff Daniels was propaganda, and that they didn't know it, reflects on bias in education and the media.
  • Thought Police - When there are people that reward/punish good and bad ideas, that's the thought police. See FB/Twitter/Amazon persecuting (deplatforming) those that don't think like them. It comes from George Orwell's dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, on how the turpid philosophy of collectivism historically infects the left with their tribal intolerance towards "others".
