World War Z (2013)

Wasn't great, wasn't bad.

Wasn't great, wasn't bad. A lot of running. From reading the book synopsis, it sounds like it was a lot more interesting than the movie. But reasonably well acted and story. I preferred every other Zombie movie or TV series more. I thought rotten tomatoes got it right.

"Generally positive response from film critics. It's uneven—and fans of the book may be annoyed by how thoroughly it diverges from the source material—but World War Z still brings smart, fast-moving thrills and a solid performance from Brad Pitt to the zombie genre."

Personally? I prefer the series "The Walking Dead". Or Zombieland if you're going satirical.

The idea that it takes about 10 seconds to "turn" seems implausible... Assuming you ignore the whole immortality, lack of a circulatory system, and so on.

But a couple interesting plot twists, and it was worth watching. Though I didn't see a reason why 3D would make it better.
