Facts, fallacies, and data to allow readers to come to their own conclusions about Voter fraud and VoterID.
These are the facts, fallacies to give everyone the data to come to their own conclusions about Voter fraud and VoterID. I’ll list a few of the many examples of voter fraud and concerns. The reason the left tries to gaslight the issue and bury the facts, is that voter fraud overwhelmingly benefits the left. If you were them, would you want it to stop?

Left Right
The left wants to protect Democracy, and the right wants to undermine it. There's no problem with voter fraud. Since there are no convictions it must never happen. And demanding ID at a voting booth is just a way to oppress minorities and poor people who can't afford ID. Voter fraud swings elections. The left has gotten caught bussing people to other areas, ballot stuffing, encouraging illegal voting, discouraging legal voting, and the crux of the left's argument is that 3rd world countries like India can require ID to vote, but it's too big a hardship for Americans (who need ID for almost every basic service)?
🗒️ Note:
We have examples of lots of election abuse happening in some degree. Why is it that Democrats and their media are:
  1. always on the side of obstructing sanitizing our voting roles
  2. against improving vote integrity with VoterID, Signature Matching, postmarks and so on
  3. always for things that make fraud/abuse easier like early/late voting/registration, unmonitored dropboxes, vote harvesting.
They are missing the whole point that democracy isn’t valid unless it is trusted, and a way to enhance participation is to do your due diligence in election integrity, so people feel their vote matters and won’t be drown out by voter fraud.
🗒️ Note:
Democrats and their media often say “the elections are NOT rigged” if they win, but screaming it was hacked or rigged when they lose. Which is it? Are we secure, or not? People that are consistent with "there's a problem" or "there's no problem" are fine. But hypocrites and double standards are a problem.

Democrats Arguments[edit | edit source]

Here's a list of things they do:

  • (1) pretend it doesn’t exist, and it’s absurd to think it might..
  • (2) And even if it did exist, it couldn’t possibly sway an election…
  • (3) And even when it does, it’s absurd to think VoterID would fix it…
  • (4) And besides, the only bad people would want VoterID (to suppress the minority vote)…
  • (5) Then they support the first 4 with FakeNews and shoddy research/reasoning...
  • (6) and if that doesn't work, they call you a racists and start back at #1.

It’s very circular referencing gish gallop (which is slang for the debate style of Duane Gish, who could spew out so many bullshit arguments at once, that people would give up). But whether you agree or not, in order to understand the issue, we need to know the facts. Not that I think this will do much -- a few people that read this just claim, "see no evidence" despite many pages of it. But for those with open eyes and minds, here's a list of evidence that it's a problem.

How popular is Voter ID?[edit | edit source]

When you can't fight popularity numbers like that fairly, then you better lie until the public changes their mind. #amiright?

Where's the beef?[edit | edit source]

There are multiple books that offer many chapters of evidence to detail how bad voter fraud is, or at least has been. This article is only covering a fraction of what’s out there that shows what’s real. New York, Chicago, Detroit, DC, and many cities are infamous for their voter corruption that goes back to the rise of progressives (Tammany Hall, Boss Tweed, Chicago Political Machine), though much of that political corruption goes beyond just cooking elections and into what they do with their power once annointed.

I have a list of some book and experts at the end of this article, that you can use to dive deeper.[1] But even if all the books, examples and common knowledge was wrong (which their evidence implies they are not), the popularity of the books and people that believe that it is a problem proves that the public doesn’t trust the insecurity in our election process. Even if it was just a placebo to increase public's trust, it's worth doing.

  • [100] NYT mocked a conspiracy theory about VoterFraud and ChiCom Company Konnech. Then published the next day about formal charges.
  • [100] Election 2020 - The polls were off, the media/Social was manipulative, the counts are dubious, and there was cheating.
  • [100] 2022 - Wisconsin: Milwaukee Democrats are using government resources to influence the outcome of November’s election.
  • [100] Gmail suppressed 22M GOP Get-out-the-vote/fundraising emails by sending them to spam folders. GOP sues.
  • Non Citizen Voting -
    • 2008/2012 Harvard/YouGov polls : found that 8-9% of non-citizens claimed they voted (respectively), about 1/2 those registered to.
    • 2008/2010 Old Dominion University Studies : 6.4% of non-citizens voted in 2008 or 2.2% in 2010 (≈729K illegal votes). [2]
  • Heritage Database - Individuals convicted of various forms of Election Fraud (1,200+ examples) of something that doesn't exist. [3]
  • 2019 - Ohio Hundreds of illegally registered non-citizen voters were discovered in an investigation by the secretary of state in the key battleground state of Ohio. 77 of those ineligible noncitizens cast ballots in the 2018 elections'. [4]
  • 2019 - Michigan Democrat (Sherikia Hawkins) city clerk charged with altering at least 193 ballots'. [5]
  • 2017 Fraud Charges in Philly during special elections Democrats manning polling stations were caught telling Republicans the machines were broken, verbally harassing them, and altering votes. [6]
  • 2017 - North Carolina Board of Elections Partial Audit found 508 fraudulent votes (democrats, felons, non-citizens, double votes, dead votes) [7]
  • 2016 - Multiple cases of voter fraud - voting from wrong address, more votes than there were ballots, and other anomalies. [8]
  • 2016 - James O’Keefe - underground sting where his folks asked Democrat Operatives to help him rig some elections, they bragged how they'd done it before, and explained how they could do it again (for a price). Then they got ballots as various fictional characters. [9]
  • 2015 - Illegals and Felons voting in Philly/VA - Public Interest Legal Foundation (Joseph Vanderhulst) sued Philadelphia and Virginia to get voting roles and found >50,000 illegally registered and hundreds of examples illegals and felons that had voted. [10]
  • 2013 - New York City’s DOI fraud test - 97% of the 63 polling places they tried let them vote as dead, incarcerated or relocated people. After publishing a scathing 70 page report on the incompetence of the system, they were ignored. [11]
  • 2012 - True The Vote - 348,000 dead people on the rolls, 99 cases of felony cross state voter fraud to the fed, people voting after death in Maryland, 160 counties in 19 states have over 100 percent voter registration, 12 Indiana counties have more registered voters than residents, same in Ohio. [12]
  • 2012 - South Carolina - elections board found 900 dead people that voted. SLED (State Law Enforcement Division) did a coverup and claimed that wives voting for dead husbands and so on weren't real crimes. [13]
  • 2012 - Pew Survey - 2.75M registered in 2 or more states (no systems in place to cross check double voting), 24M invalid/inaccurate registrations (1/8th of all registations), 1.8M dead people registered. Not proof of abuse, but proof of potential for abuse that Democrats obstruct fixing. [14]
  • 2012 - North Carolina - elections board found 35,570 with names+DOB collision with voters in another state. 765 had SS# matches (but most states don't require SS# to vote). [15]
  • 2012 (2008) - Suspicious Obama turnout - 140% turnout, 100% of votes in districts going to Obama, Millions of illegals estimated to have voted. Not proof of fraud, but definite proof of distrust in our elections. [16]
  • 2010 - Al Franken (D) - lost a contested election by 700+ votes to Norm Coleman (R). Appealed. Democrats allowed the dead, flons and other questionable votes and "won" by 312 votes (2 counties alone showed 393 felons had illegally voted, 86% of the felon vote goes to the Democrats overall, but were counted anyways). [17]
  • 2008 - Wikileaks - journalists found John Podesta (DNC operative) emailing about how Obama flooded the caucus with ineligible voters in 2008. [18]
  • 2006 - United States Election Assistance Commission Report - details hundreds of voter-fraud cases (with often many plaintiffs each). [19]
  • 2000 - Bush-Gore Florida - In an election with a 537 vote margin, there were ≈925,000 illegal immigrants with a ≈6% voter turnout (and 80% Democrat) means ≈44,400 likely illegal votes for Gore in Florida alone. The left whines incessantly about how the Supreme's stole the election by not allowing the Dems to Al Franken the vote. But by all recounts being used, Bush won by between 154-537 votes (no matter which official methodology was used)! [20]
  • 1997 - Bob Dornan and Loretta Sanchez - 46th District (my district) in Santa Ana, California: 748 of 984 election margin were proven illegal aliens with 4,700 more questionable affidavits to be investigated. Amidst allegations of a cover-up or payoff, the House dropped the investigation. [21]
  • 1993 - Motor Voter - This National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (called "motor voter” act because it registers people with getting their Drivers License at DMC) was passed with 2 of the 4 goals being to (a) protect election integrity (b) ensure states sanitize their voter roles (make them accurate). Democrats refuse to enforce (and obstruct the enforcement of) those clauses claiming it would be voter suppression if they sanitized the voter roles of illegals, dead people and felons. [22]
  • 1982 - Adlai Stevenson III and Republican James Thompson - Judge Frank McGarr of the U.S. District Court released the federal grand jury's report and the FBI evidence revealed substantial vote fraud in Chicago during the November 2, 1982 election, with over 100,000 phony votes total (31K double voting, 3,000 dead voteds, incarcerated voting, people registered to vacant lots), and concluded it "was an accepted way of life in Chicago.”, and found "that similar fraudulent activities have occurred prior to 1982.” (aka 1960/JFK) [23]
  • 1960 - John F. Kennedy vs Richard Nixon - Mayor Daily was widely accepted to be blatantly corrupt. FBI agent Ernest Locker investigations into 1982 Adlai Stevenson voter fraud, lead him to believe the corruption of 1960 election was far wider than the 8,858 votes needed that swing the election. [24]

No Evidence[edit source]

Clues 0068.JPG
Democrats FakeNews spin yarns and pretends that there is no evidence of widespread election fraud, and complaints are trumped-up conspiracies by the evil racist republicans that want to suppress the vote. Their absence of evidence is based on:
  • (A) A few fake “investigations” that Democrats did to prove that not all the cross-state or dead-people name collisions that auditors find are nefarious, thus we should ignore all incidents of it.
    • That's dumb. So because of one false rape conviction we should ignore all accusations? Of course not every name collision is going to be fraud/crime, but many are. And we care about the ones that are.
  • (B) A liberal NYU/Justin Levitt study or reasoning (or links to articles that refer to it) shows that there are few convictions (he found shows only "31 instances” of convictions between 2000-2014), thus there are no crimes being committed.
    • First, the guy way undercounted and was unable to find thousands of examples that others have. But pretending his point is valid, "Why aren’t there many convictions?" Because there’s poor monitoring and no voter ID to catch frauds in the act in the first place. How can you prove someone isn’t who they say they are (and convict them), if you don’t check their ID’s? They assume a lack of convictions proves a lack of a problem. It actually proves how bad the problem is.
  • (C) They argue that even when you find evidence, it doesn't matter, since there are not enough examples to swing national elections.
    • See item (B), we find tips of icebergs and know the problems hint at far bigger issues. If you don't have vote integrity, then you don't have a functioning democracy. The perception of corruption disenfranchises more voters than suppression has, and allows more/easier corruption in the future. So even if it wasn't material (it is), it matters if people believe it's material, and enough do that it's worth addressing.

By the left's reasoning, since most jaywalkers aren't convicted, nobody jaywalks? Of course, anyone with a brief understanding of the topic would laugh out loud at their shoddy reasoning.

Voter Suppression[edit source]

           Main article: Voter Suppression
Voter-suppression.jpg
The knee-jerk anti-voterID response is, “but Voter Suppression”.
  1. While voter suppression is real, and has infrequently happened in America -- the vast majority was in Democrat-controlled blue cities/states.
  2. The most common way they did it, was with not enough polling places in the right areas. But that's usually managed by local municipalities -- that are Democrat-controlled. (Not Voter Intimidation/ID requirements)
  3. Voter intimidation is also popular in Democrat-controlled areas -- like goons in Philadelphia were standing outside a polling station with clubs intimidating people to vote pro-Obama. (the Obama Administration's DOJ just dropped an open-and-shut case, to prevent sending a signal that such voter intimidation/suppression will not be tolerated. It is only a problem for them if white folks did that).

Democrat illogic is that while an ID is required to:

  • buy alcohol, cigarettes, gun, video game, cellphone, car, or a house (or rent the same)
  • apply for unemployment, food stamps, welfare, medicare, Social Security, a loan or mortgage
  • open a bank account, get/use a credit card, get married, adopt a pet (or child), get a fishing or camping license
  • get a job, go on an airplane, or drive a car, visit a casino, fill a prescription, get healthcare, donate blood
  • to enter many government buildings to meet with public officials

All those things are fine to demand to see your papers. (None is racist). But it's "intimidation" to ask to see them at the polling booth?

All over the world, poor countries (including in Latin America, Afghanistan and India) have voterID laws. 400M poor people in India (earning less than $1.25/day) can vote with VoterID, but blacks in America are especially stupid/scared/lazy and can't manage it, even when it required to get food stamps or medicare? That's what they're saying?

On top of it, that fallacy is disproven by places that have VoterID, not only isn't there "intimidation" but voter totals (even amongst minorities) increased, not decreased after passing the laws. There is no evidence of suppression caused by IDs.

Assuming that blacks and minorities don't have IDs, or Democrats working the polling boots in Democrat areas, asking for IDs is somehow racist or intimidating? Are you really buying that? That requires a special kind of stupid, or at least to believe the Democrat voters are that stupid that you can campaign or raise funds on that silliness.

Conclusion[edit | edit source]

The point are NOT that

  • VoterID fixes everything ~ There are many kinds of voter fraud. But locking a door might not keep out a determined criminal, yet it still makes it harder to get robbed and decreases the frequency, and it certainly gives the occupants a little confidence that they’re at least doing something to prevent it. So we can only make it harder, never eliminate it.
  • Not that every example of questionable voter roles, scans, or too many votes proves voter fraud. There's a lot of nuances. But those claiming that it doesn't exist or isn't a problem are fools or frauds. They're ignorant of the rich history of it in the United States, or choosing to deny realities they don't like. Like how voter fraud has swung local, regional and nation elections. And they either don't know that, or they're actively choosing to keep their head in the sand about it.

All you have to do is remember that it would have swung the 2000 election if the Supreme Court hadn't step in for other reasons, it likely swung the 2008 or 2012 elections, it definitely swung balance of power in many State and local elections. And despite a lack of convictions, there are hundreds of thousands of voters on the roles that shouldn't be, and very poor policing of them. And one party fighting voraciously to prevent any improvement in quality controls on our election quality.
