I've got nothing against vegetarians. My wife is vegetarian, and I was one for a few years, then pescatarian. And we regularly have some vegetarian food at home. The main reason that I'm not is because there's no real reason I should be, but also it's a lot more convenient not to be. But if there's a good vegetarian Restaurant (or people making good vegetarian food), I will gladly eat without meat.
That being said, for some it is virtue signaling, for others it's a religion (and Vegans are the door knocking bible thumpers of food). So while I don't have a problem with the dietary choices of others, I will mock those who are like the multi-level marketing folks of diet.
