American Legion v. American Humanist Assn.
1925 Bladensburg ‘Peace Cross’ can stay on public land ruling. This was a win for freedom of religion: a cross is often a secular display and even if it wasn't, respecting a religion (and a tradition) is not the same as promoting it, nor a violation of separation of Church and State. Naturally Ginsburg and Sotomayor took the progressive/anti-Liberty position.

Dobbs v. Jackson
Roe and Casey were recognized as unconstitutional overreach in Dobbs (Mississippi) v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. This pushed abortion law back to the States (or Legislature), where it always belonged. The left lost their minds, lied, and had histrionics (as usual). The problem was that progressive overreach had stalled abortion in law for 50 years.

Lies about Domineque Ray Execution
The ACLU and Medium team up to lie (FakeNews) about an execution. Their claim is that a man was executed without allowing Muslim Clergy present, while Christian Clergy would have been allowed and freedom of religion or equal access was denied. The facts are that Alabama had a policy that only volunteers are allowed (no matter their denomination).

NY Rifle & Pistol v Bruen
NY (and 6 other States) were forbidding both Concealed and Open Carry of pistols (for self-defense), which is what pushed this case to the Supremes. Constitution/2A won and requires that states allow people to carry guns for self-defense. (No more "May Issue" rules that leftist states use to suppress people's liberties. Also, revisions to Heller to increase 2A rights.
