Smoked Cod

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • Cod
  • Seasonings -
  • Favorite Spices -- I like Slap yo Mama, or TexJoy

Directions[edit | edit source]

  1. Season the meat.
  2. Smoke @ 225 until it gets to about 145 - this only takes about 1 hour (if your smoker goes lower, you can go longer and get more smoke flavor in it).
  3. wrap in foil and rest for 30 mins
