Great show, fun, family oriented. Canceled despite being the 2nd highest rated franchise on ABC; most likely because Tim Allen was a voice of conservatism in Hollywood, and Woke ABC didn't like that. The show was later picked up by Fox, and lasted 3 more successful seasons.

Tim Allen made a quip on Jimmy Kimmel that being a Republican in Hollywood is "like 1930s Germany. You gotta be real careful around here, you know. You'll get beat up if you don't believe what everybody believes". A couple months later ABC cancelled Last Man Standing (despite it being #2 in ratings, and a different demographic). The show was later picked up by Fox, and lasted 3 more successful seasons. Rational people think it was ABC proving him right by being intolerant woke douchebags.
