Historically meant inclusion meant allowing in. Now a code word for excluding some and favoring others. Historically meant inclusion meant allowing in. Now a code word for excluding some and favoring others. Traditional inclusion just meant not excluding (allowing whatever/whoever comes). But that isn't good enough for "progress", they want to encourage some, and that means they have to discourage or disadvantage others.
