Eugenie Scott coined Duane Gish's use of overwhelming false arguments as a "Gish Gallop" to drown the other side in distractions.

A "Gish gallop" (coined by Eugenie Scott on Duane Gish's use of it), is a technique used during debate where one side tries to overwhelm the opponent with as many arguments as possible (true or not), in order to beat them into capitulation, or convince the audience that they had more facts on their side.
It is also called the Firehose of falsehood. Proof by intimidation.
Since I try to overwhelm with only truths, I cannot Gish Gallop. While the left often uses half-truths or whole lies, thus they try.
