Bias
Check Your Biases IFLA.jpg
Disproportionate weight for or against a person, place, idea or thing, usually ignoring evidence against and done in a way that is closed-minded, prejudicial, or unfair. In science, engineering or statistic it is a systematic error. In a human it is a character flaw: not in having it, but in unwillingness to recognize and correct it, once it is demonstrated.
Climate

There's evidence to support at least some of both sides points (or severity) on man-made Climate Change. There is no consensus, and science is skepticism not consensus. We need nuance, discussion, debate and enough intellectual curiosity to be open to answers that don't fit your preconceptions (Bias).
Economics
Wirtschaftswissenschaften.png
Since our time is limited, and creating/distributing goods/services takes time, everything is finite and has some scarcity. Economics is looking at that value, scarcity and demand -- and how individuals or society reacts with policies. And what the consequences of those policies are.
Events

Commentary on current events, or historical events, or just the little events that I attend.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Guns
Sheep.jpg
Guns are a tool. Reasonable gun-control is an oxymoron: it begs the question by assuming that gun control is the answer (and won't be abused) and that politicians are the best ones to decide the limits of our liberties. I ask, "why do you think a gun prohibition will work better than drugs, alcohol or the prohibition on murder?
History
OOjs UI icon reload flipX time.svg
The study of the past, in order to understand the present, or future. This area is about correcting or offering the other side of all those popular things people believe happened, but didn't... or at least didn't happen in the way they think it happened. Correcting the disinformation that is the foundation of many people's beliefs.
Laws

The law is a rule and the point where one group of people thinks another should sacrifice their liberty, property or life, if they don't comply. "Do what I say, or else I'll rob, imprison or kill you!"... or more often, have some authority (government thug) do it for them. The red line.
Media Organizations
MustFindNewsSource.jpeg
News, Newspapers, Websites, Radio, TV, and organizations that convey information the public.
Organizations
Noun project organization icon.svg
These are just good/bad or ugly (or a little bit of all) that I felt the need to comment on. I tend to write (vent) more on negative organizations, or aspects of them -- because their PR or others usually do a good job of fluffing up the good, thus balance requires the negs. Or I just need to rant cathartic. But I do get the balances and the positives as well.
People

This section is not comprehensive analysis of all the complexities of a persons life, but more the points most often brushed over (the counter-balances to the myth-making/propaganda). So these are not meant to be read in isolation, but as complimentary aspects on people (or issues about them) that are on the road that's less travelled.
Places
Breezeicons-places-22-folder-html.svg
Commentary and observations on various places (and subcultures) and consequences of those subcultures. That which makes us different also provides leaning opportunities: both good and "how not to". Not that I begrudge them being who they are. But I can observe why I don't want us to be like them, at the same time.
Tech
Noun Project Technology icon 2034212.svg
This is a collection of Technology items that I've done over the years. I'm a bit of a geek and a pedant, especially around User Interface. I often err on the side of comprehensive than simple: why you like/don't like something is more important than whether you do, at least for others. As they may not have the same currency as I do.
Terms
Accessories-dictionary.svg
We can't communicate effectively if we don't agree on what words or terms mean. Cultural Marxists decided if they can't win by logic, history and facts, they could at least win by twisting/perverting meanings and distorting discussion into a debate on the pedantic, or if they lose the war of Newspeak/Truthspeak, they can at least call you a racist/sexist/homophobe and go away.
