Transgender M2F went from 200-390th in mens, to winner in 400-meter hurdles, dominating the Women. Transgender M2F, CeCe Telfer (previously Craig Telfer) competed on the Franklin Pierce University men’s track and field and ranked 200th and 390th (2016-2017). Won the 2019 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships Women’s 400-meter hurdles national title, dominating the competition.
